Hubby and I ate there today not knowing how the food would be since we are out of town. I got the fried steak with turnip greens..mac and cheese and fried okra . You can get 1 meat and 3 vegetables for less than $10. We will definitely go back again before we go home.

The food was absolutely delicious. The service was good and the prices were very good. If you like mom and pop restaurants, don't miss out on this one! My only gripe is they are closed on the weekends

Fabulous meat +3 in Florence! Somehow this little gem has been off my radar but not anymore! Everything was seasoned well and cooked well! I’m impressed! The pork tenderloin was actually tenderloin and not “boneless pork chops” as most places do. I’m a bit concerned they didn’t charge enough for what we got (not sure I’ve ever said that). I took food home and I typically don’t do that! I tried everything in both pictures and it was all spot on southern cooking! Will be back!

I'm sitting in my car typing this review after enjoying a REALLY nice breakfast at Milla's Place. WOW!! 100% Genuine AMERICANA ACTUALLY STILL LIVES!! This place is the REAL DEAL for great American food, great American service, and the overall perfect American dining experience!! The people were so friendly, the food was excellent and reasonably priced. The atmosphere was really amazing. It is a beautiful sunny morning here in Florence Alabama (Oct 9th 2024) and they had white fabric blinds blocking the morning sunlight which reduced the sun's intensity but also filled the entire restaurant with the perfect diffuse lighting ambiance. It is an older building tucked into a little side street and the whole dining experience was just perfect! I had two overeasy eggs, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, with sides of cheesy grits and hashbrown casserole. The cheesy grits and hashbrown casserole were especially EXCELLENT!! Washed it all down with some delicious cold sweet tea with lemon. Totally STUFFED.... AND LOVIN IT! What a phenomenal GEM of a restaurant! Why would ANYONE go to a fast food place when you can go to MILLA'S PLACE??

Quaint place that feels like a welcome reprieve and downhome cooking! Everything was delicious! We enjoyed the daily specials and chose the meatloaf, chicken fried steak with gravy, and cheeseburger. The sides were plenty and included mac & cheese, green beans, and fried apples. The desserts we tried were the homemade Strawberry cake, warm brownie with ice cream, & peach cobbler with ice cream. We can't recommend it enough. Come enjoy it soon!

My sister and I had lunch at Milla’s Place today. We both had the veggie plate, and everything was delicious! Fried okra, sweet potato casserole, white beans, cream corn and cornbread. Yum! I had a perfect cup of coffee and my sister loved her ice tea. Service was outstanding. We will definitely be back real soon!

I got French Toast, Bacon, Eggs. Was all made fresh. Didn't take long at all. Loved it. It was enough that I took my French Toast home to eat later. I'm so glad I found this nice place. Can't want to come back. Until next time. YUM!!!

Me and my wife ate here on 2/9/24... They have the BEST southern/home cooking around!! The food was AMAZING and DELICIOUS and the service was GREAT! We both had the meat and 3 and tried what each other had... The fries are AMAZING! Theres NOT enough words to describe how GREAT their food is!! We WILL be coming back again!
